12.2.1. Introduction:
Dear customers, we are keen to significantly improve the level of our students every month for every guardian (parent).
Our students are tested at the beginning of each month on the skills and information that they will study throughout the month to ensure that they are unable to deal with them before the course begins. At the end of the month, the same test is presented to them so that each parent can demonstrate the tangible progress in their children’s skills and levels each month.
We always work to provide unique, technological and enjoyable educational services to be the secret of our students’ excellence.
Al-Tarek for Training Company is one of the Egyptian companies affiliated with the Ministry of Investment. The company is interested in developing students’ skills and raising their intellectual and scientific level. To do this, the company conducts continuous research and studies to develop its own curriculum. It is a private property of the company. It also provides an integrated work team to provide a distinguished and unique service to all its clients at the international level. And all over the world, using teachers who have been qualified and prepared to provide a distinguished and unique level of education and provide all its services through On Line Teaching.
As part of the effort exerted by Al-Tarek for Training Company to provide the best educational services in accordance with the latest scientific and practical standards, Al-Tarek for Training Company has launched a special department to follow up with parents, clarify all details regarding education schedules, and receive complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.
The company has also allocated a group of experts to monitor and follow up on the company’s quality standards, performance rates, and work systems, without adding any additional financial burdens to customers under any item. Out of concern for the student’s level, the company chooses the teacher and the group in an optimal way according to what it sees fit, as it is the only one that bears the student’s level, not the guardian (parent).
In case of requesting to change the teacher or group, with the intervention of the guardian (parent), the company becomes not responsible for the level of the student, and this violates the company’s policy through its full responsibility to raise the level and academic skill of the students therefore, each student is placed in the appropriate group for him by the company.
12.2.2. The role of the guardian (parent) is limited to following up on the student regarding his attendance discipline on the dates specified for him by the company. Therefore, please help us with the following:
12.2.2.1. Follow all new instructions regarding managing student education with the highest possible quality.
12.2.2.2. Continuous communication with the Student Affairs Department to learn about the latest methods provided by the company to develop the training and education process on this number +971505539225

12.2.2.5. In the event of a student’s absence, the student is obligated to enter the platform, watch videos, and complete assignments before entering the next session, so that the student’s level is not affected by the absence.
